1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the User, and jjwen (hereinafter "jjwen", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the jjwen online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://jjwen.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account, accessing any section of the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered by jjwen, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the jjwen Platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater — to open an Account and use the Platform. jjwen strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification fails.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly unlawful. It is your responsibility to determine whether your access to or use of jjwen is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jjwen does not represent that access from any particular location is lawful.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person where restricted by the Operator's compliance policies.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across duplicate accounts and permanent suspension of access.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jjwen will not be liable for any loss, damage or liability arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Contact Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your Account contact information current and accurate. jjwen will direct all Account-related communications — including KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations and policy updates — to the contact details registered on your Account. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in service interruption or communication delays for which jjwen accepts no responsibility.

5. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment and recreational use. You are permitted to:

• Register and maintain a single Account in accordance with these Terms;
• Deposit funds into your Account using payment methods made available in the live cashier;
• Place wagers on available sports markets, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and other events listed on the Platform;
• Access live dealer games, slots, table games, esports markets and instant games available in the Platform's gaming catalogue;
• Claim eligible bonuses and promotional offers in accordance with applicable Bonus Terms;
• Request withdrawals of eligible real-money funds subject to KYC and wagering condition compliance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

2. 6.2 Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
3. 6.3 Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
4. 6.4 Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
5. 6.5 Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform;
6. 6.6 Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting results;
7. 6.7 Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation;
8. 6.8 Transferring Account funds to third parties or operating the Account on behalf of another person;
9. 6.9 Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is explicitly prohibited, where you know or reasonably ought to know that such access is unlawful;
10. 6.10 Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, other Users' experience or the Operator's operations.

7. Deposits & Payments

7.1 Available Methods

Deposit methods available to Users are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pakistani players are familiar with payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, are affiliated with, or authorise the use of their services for gambling transactions, and their availability as deposit channels is determined solely by the Operator's processing arrangements and each provider's own applicable policies.

7.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in the cashier. jjwen reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

7.3 Deposit Currency

Deposits are processed in the currency or currencies supported by the Operator's cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at the prevailing rate and may include a conversion margin.

7.4 Funding Source

You confirm that funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources for which you are the lawful owner or authorised user. Deposits must not be made from payment instruments belonging to third parties without their documented consent and your compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Withdrawals

8.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

A User may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance, subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any active wagering requirements; (c) the Account being in good standing; and (d) the requested amount meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

8.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Operator in accordance with its internal procedures. jjwen does not guarantee specific processing times. Processing duration depends on the selected withdrawal method, the Operator's review queue, KYC status and applicable financial processing timelines. Users are advised not to submit duplicate withdrawal requests while an existing request is pending.

8.3 Identity of Recipient

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jjwen Account holder. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

8.4 Withdrawal Fees

Certain withdrawal methods may attract transaction fees, which will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. jjwen reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive or irregular withdrawal patterns at the Operator's discretion.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotions offered by jjwen are subject to individual Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each offer. These Terms and the specific Bonus Terms together govern the use and withdrawal of bonus funds. In the event of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is specified in the individual bonus offer. For illustration, a PKR 5,000 bonus at a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets. All illustrative figures are examples only.

9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies — typically as specified in the bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

9.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. Contribution percentages vary by game category and are listed in the applicable bonus terms. Slots generally carry higher contribution rates than table games or live dealer games.

9.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses have a specified validity period. If the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited without recourse.

9.6 Bonus Abuse

jjwen reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or void bonuses where it reasonably believes that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or co-ordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts.

10. Games & Betting Rules

10.1 Game Integrity

Games available on the jjwen Platform are supplied by third-party technology providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment in licensed studio environments. jjwen does not manipulate game outcomes.

10.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Illustrative RTP percentages are displayed in individual game information panels where available, as provided by the game supplier. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific return during any individual session or series of sessions.

10.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and esports — are governed by the Operator's sports betting rules as published on the Platform. Market availability, odds and settlement timelines are subject to change. In-play markets may be suspended at any time pending event developments.

10.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical error, communication failure or disputed game outcome, jjwen reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. The Operator's decision on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the Platform's complaints process.

11. KYC & Identity Verification

jjwen is required to verify User identity in accordance with the Operator's applicable obligations. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (such as your CNIC for Pakistani residents);
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method (where applicable);
• Source of funds documentation (for high-value or unusual transaction patterns).

KYC must be completed before withdrawals are processed. jjwen reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a User's relationship with the Platform, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or as part of periodic account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be considered, and eligible real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions.

12.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension

jjwen reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity; (c) the User fails to provide requested KYC documentation; or (d) the Operator has a regulatory or legal obligation to do so.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling purposes may do so via the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. 13.1 jjwen provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
2. 13.2 jjwen shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
3. 13.3 jjwen's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
4. 13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Responsible Gambling

jjwen is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available in your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your time and activity on the Platform.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jjwen reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jjwen will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via the email address registered on the Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. In the event of a dispute between you and jjwen, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the formal complaints and arbitration process published by the Operator.
